Hey, hello! Nice to meet you! My Name is Shana Mauricio and I am a photographer, visual artist and blogger based in Cologne and Luxembourg.  

This website is both my portfolio and visual diary.

The portfolio part is very basic and will be updated from time to time. However, if you want to keep up with my work, you can follow me on Instagram (byshanamauricio) and/or Behance (here).

The journal part of this website is a collection of little moments in the form of words combined with visuals. These little snippets will give you a glimpse into my head, thoughts and feelings. All in all, it’s something as simple as a diary but an online one. 

My obsession most likely started as a little child, I remember taking photographs of everything I found beautiful from a very young age on. My passion then reached it’s next level when I started filming our vacations, which must have been around the age of 10. 

But it wasn’t until 2015, when I bought my first camera and participated in an evening photography class that I realised that photography could be something I am actually good at. My journey was then followed by the attendance of a photography class in school and lastly my High School graduation in the field of art in July 2019. 

I am based in Cologne and Luxembourg.
